FIELD Buying
In the FIELD project, we created categories, inventory, and sales plans for the sub-brand. We used Excel to present our business plan comprehensively. We designed a total of twelve categories. Through our sales plan, our total sales will be $528,455 in Fall '22 season with an 80% sell thru and total season turnover of 1.15.
