NOTE TO OUR VENDORS: The Career Enrichment Center is an APS SCHOOL. We do not have an ATM onsite, so if you don't accept "plastic" or checks please be aware that your customers will not have an opportunity to replenish their cash supply!

Our goal is to feature items hand-made by local artists and crafters. Home-based business franchises are not accepted as vendors in this event (i.e., Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.)
This is not a juried show. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, although we will try to limit excessive duplication of item types.
All booths are indoors in hallways and classrooms and are approximately 50 square feet. The majority of booth spaces are against a wall, but we will have some that are free-standing. If your display has specific needs, please note them in the "Special requests" section of the application.
INDOOR booth ~6'x 8' - $25
OUTDOOR booth ~8'x 8' - $25
You should receive an automated "thank you" message from the Google Form we use to accept your application. It might go to your junk/spam folder, so please check there if you haven't seen the message.
We'll send a message from our email account (CECcraftfair@gmail.com) verifying your reservation and providing the link to make your booth fee payment as soon as we can.
Once you have made your payment you can check your PayPal account to make sure the transaction went through.
You can always email us directly and ask for verification.
It’s really important that we be able to communicate with you easily and quickly, and sometimes that means mass emails. PLEASE ADD OUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR CONTACTS. This will help make sure that our emails arrive in your inbox, and are not blocked by your email service’s spam filter, which typically do not like emails sent from an “unknown” address, or sent to many addresses, or which include an attachment.
You can bring your own table or other display surfaces (and chairs) to fit in the 6' x 8' space.
OR tables & chairs can be provided - if you say "yes" on the application we will get back to you to get details on what you need. We don't have any kind of drapes or tablecloths, so if you want to decorate the tables we supply, that's something you can bring.
The bus lane will be open in the morning for vendors to pull in and unload. We ask that you move your car to the farthest east side of the parking lot after unloading so that our customers will have closer parking.
Electrical outlets are very limited and must be requested in advance. Please make sure you request this on the application. If we are able to provide power, we will confirm when we send your booth number.
If you arrange for electricity you must bring your own power strip with a LONG cord – you may not piggyback multiple power strips. Cords cannot cross walkways or be a tripping hazard.
APS has a Guest wifi network in schools, but it is focused in classroom spaces so is not strong or reliable in the hallways where booths will be. If you need wifi for a payment app, it is recommended that you plan to use your personal hotspot.
Please load in between 7:30 to 8:30 am.
Break down and load out will begin at 4:00 pm.
Vendors are expected to stay for the full duration of the event. Please do not leave early.
Yes! There will be food available in the school Café.
There are bathrooms available for vendors and customers in the school building.
YES!! A promotional graphic is available below for download. Please post this information on your social media, post (with permission) at your favorite coffeeshop or other local gathering place, tell your friends and family, or distribute any way you think will help increase traffic. (Please do not put flyers into mailboxes - this is a violation of US Postal Service regulations and is a federal offense that can result in fines for us!)

Please let us know as soon as possible that you won’t be able to attend the Craft Fair. A refund might be available with enough notice (minus a small charge to cover the PayPal fee).
Cancellations or no-shows the day of the Craft Fair will not be refunded.
There is NO SMOKING on APS property.
Please do not bring your pet to the school – service animals are allowed but must be kept in your booth.
No lit candles or open flames.
No space heaters or fans allowed.
