Amelia Fink: Mini Queens coach (level2) Flyer and stunting coach
Did you perform or compete?
I started allstar cheerleading in 2017 and absolutely fell in love with the sport. I still compete on a level 7 worlds team and this April I will attend my third Cheerleading World Championship. I also spend a lot of my free time keeping up with the cheer world and watching my favorite teams.
What motivates you as a coach to inspire your athletes ?
Knowing the feeling of being part of a team as an athlete and the feeling of winning as a team motivates me to get my kids to experience that same feeling. It’s so special and everyone should get that opportunity.
Do you have a favorite quote or coaching philosophy that you would like to share?
“Practice makes progress”
How long have you been coaching?
I have been working for CEA DMV since 2021. I started as a volunteer and was so excited to take the next step into coaching. I’ve worked tumble camps, overnight camp at Champions Resort, stunt privates, and coach teams. I work with mini through senior age kids and really love coaching stunting.
