1) Purchases / Full Access Not Unlocking
Make sure you’re using the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
If your app has a Restore Purchases button, tap it.
If it still doesn’t unlock, email us with a screenshot of your receipt (optional) and the date of purchase.
2) Subscription or Refunds (if applicable)
Purchases are managed by Apple. You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings and request refunds through Apple’s purchase history.
3) App Issues / Bugs
When emailing, please include:
Your iPhone model
iOS version
App version
What happened + screenshots (if possible)
CDL PermitPro does not collect or store personal user data.
