The developer of CDL Prep 2026 ("we," "us," or "our") built this application as a free, ad-supported service. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use "as is".

Personal Data We Do Not Collect directly: The CDL Prep 2026 app does not require you to create an account, nor do we ask for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the core features of the app.
Local Device Data: The app saves your test progress, scores, and app preferences (such as sound settings and unlock timers) locally on your device's internal storage. This data is not transmitted to external servers. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this local progress will be deleted.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for serving advertisements.
We use Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID, and cookies to serve ads that are relevant to your interests or to limit the number of times you see a particular ad.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is used solely to identify bugs and improve app stability.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Furthermore, since this app is designed for Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preparation, its target audience is adults aged 18 and older. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
