CDA Mission Statement

The purposes of the organization are to participate in the religious, charitable and educational Apostolates of the Church. Catholic Daughters of the Americas engages in creative and spiritual programs which provide its members with the opportunity to develop their God-given talents in meaningful ways that positively influence the welfare of the Church and all people throughout the world.

There are many ways to live out our Catholic Faith, and here at Our Lady of the Lake Church the possibilities are endless! If you are thinking about a new way to know, love and serve the Lord, we invite you to consider joining Catholic Daughters of the Americas. We are part of a national organization of Catholic women that was founded in 1903 by the Knights of Columbus, and introduced to OLL in 2018. We exist to deepen our personal spiritual lives and to serve the various needs of our parish and community under the patronage of Mary, Our Lady of Sorrows.
