Hi! I am the Head of Research and Innovation at Youth Impact, a Botswana-headquartered organisation committed to scaling up evidence-based programs for youth. We conduct rapid, randomised, and regular A/B testing to iteratively improve program cost-effectiveness as we scale. I am also a PI at Oxford University's What Works Hub for Global Education.
My work in development economics focuses on education, gender, and health across more than 10 countries, including Afghanistan, Botswana, Ethiopia, Nepal, Uganda, India, Kenya, the Philippines, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and Nigeria. I hold a PhD from the University of Oxford, where I was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow in Development Economics at the Blavatnik School of Government and Centre for the Study of African Economies.
I have previously worked with the World Bank’s Gender Innovation Lab, Innovations for Poverty Action, UNICEF, and the Australian Agency for International Development and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
