⚙️⚙️ The Process Model

1. 🖊️ Enrollment:

Every member should enroll their name individually along with the Title of the Presentation.

2. ✅ Acceptance:

Acceptance/ Rejection/ Correction email will be sent to each team. Acceptance email will contain a unique identity (Team Identity) for each  team. On rejection, reason will be clarified. On Correction, the Title may be changed/ modified accordingly & re-submission will be allowed.

3. 📤 Presentation Submission:

Each team with Team Identity will submit their presentation file in PDF format. Link for uploading the presentation file will be given through email after acceptance of the application.

4. ✔️📤 Final Presentation:

Evaluation of quality will depends on the parameters – Relevancy with theme, Teamwork, Slide, Presentation, Question. Each parameter will carry 10 marks and total 50 marks will be the assessment scale. 

5. 🏆 Award:

The best two teams will be awarded with Rs. 1000 & Rs. 500 respectively along with Award Certificate.

6. 🪪 Certificate:

Every participant will get participation Certificate.

• • Team Size: 2 Students per Team (Everyone Should Present for at least 2 minutes). Maximum 5 minutes(minimum 4 minutes) for presentation & 2 minutes for Interactions.

  • Team Identity: A unique identity will be provided by us after the acceptance of the application for presentation in the format TN-XX, where XX will be two digit serial number.

  • Total Team: Maximum 20 Teams will be allowed in this process (FCFS basis).
