About Us:
The Rockets of the Rockies 2026 RockSat team stands at the forefront of hands-on learning and practical application of STEM principles. We are a group of students designing a dual-faceted cold welding and data protection payload in close collaboration with NASA, Colorado Space Grant Consortium, and Dcubed. With a steadfast dedication to collaboration, innovation, and excellence, the CC of CO RockSat team designs, builds, and launches payloads that push the boundaries of scientific exploration and technological advancement. Our diverse backgrounds and expertise converge to tackle challenges head-on, propelling us towards our shared goal of expanding the frontiers of knowledge and inspiring future generations of scientists, engineers, and leaders. Together, we embrace the spirit of discovery and the transformative power of education, as we strive to make meaningful contributions to the world beyond our atmosphere.
We are looking for dedicated supporters who are willing to invest in the advancement of student-led knowledge and technical experience. A donation of $3500 sends one student to Wallops Flight Facility, VA to participate first-hand in rocket testing and launch!
