Biography 

Chuan-Chi Lai received his Ph.D. in computer science and information engineering from the National Taipei University of Technology in 2017. He served as a postdoctoral research fellow until 2020 and later as a contract assistant research fellow in 2020 at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. Following this, he was an assistant professor at the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science, Feng Chia University, Taiwan. He is an assistant professor at the Department of Communications Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. His research focuses on radio resource allocation, networking, and distributed computing in applications like the Internet of Things, edge computing, and space-air-ground integrated networks. He received the Postdoctoral Researcher Academic Research Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan, in 2019 and the Best Paper Awards at the WOCC 2021 and WOCC 2018 conferences. Additionally, he was honored with the Excellent Paper Award at ICUFN 2015.
