I am a Research Professor (Directeur de Recherche) at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), currently working at the Institut de Mathématiques de Marseille (UMR7373, CNRS/Aix-Marseille Université/Centrale Marseille)

My main research interests are in nonlinear dynamics/dynamical systems with emphasis on Hamiltonian dynamics and chaos. I consider applications in atomic, molecular and plasma physics.

I am an expert for the European Commission working for the Research Executive Agency (in particular for Marie Sklodowska Curie actions) and the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (Erasmus Mundus programs).

I am also the Coordinating Editor of Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation (Elsevier).
