I am a Research Professor (Directeur de Recherche) at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), currently working at the Institut de Mathématiques de Marseille (UMR7373, CNRS/Aix-Marseille Université/Centrale Marseille)

My main research interests are in nonlinear dynamics/dynamical systems with emphasis on Hamiltonian dynamics and chaos. I consider applications in atomic, molecular and plasma physics.

I also work as an expert for the European Commission working for the Research Executive Agency (in particular for Marie Sklodowska Curie actions) and the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (in particular for Erasmus Mundus programs).

I am the Editor-In-Chief of Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation (Elsevier).
