在現今後疫情時代底下,跨領域、無邊界的學習模式正解構既有的觀念,同時創建新的學習生態體系。由此,應深切思索一個至關且重要的問題:高等教育的學習機制與跨文化流動之間的關聯性。此一關聯將重新定義「全球化跨領域人才」培育的學習策略模式。
In the post-pandemic era of today, interdisciplinary and boundaryless learning models are deconstructing existing concepts while simultaneously creating new learning ecosystems. A critical and significant question arises from this: the relationship between higher education learning mechanisms and cross-cultural mobility. This connection will redefine the learning strategy models for cultivating "global interdisciplinary talents."
文化創造出「學習框架」,我們據此框架展開知識的探索。文化造成不同群體/族群間學習差異的同時,也為同文化之下的成員提供了顯影的光譜。於此,若以觸角最廣、涵蓋面最大的「結構」和「能動性」二大主軸,重新審視全球化跨領域人才的學習和培育,它將開啟跨領域教與學的課程設計新思維。這有別於「單純的被動接受改變」,而是能從更多元的角度思索:如何復刻文化群體的教育學習模式?而不是成為被迫擾動改變的教與學。
Culture creates a "learning framework" upon which we explore knowledge. While culture accounts for the differences in learning among various groups/ethnicities, it also provides a visible spectrum for members within the same culture. In this context, revisiting the learning and cultivation of global interdisciplinary talents through the broadest and most encompassing main axes of "structure" and "agency" will open up new thinking in interdisciplinary teaching and curriculum design. This differs from "simply passively accepting change" and allows for a more diverse contemplation on how to replicate the educational learning models of cultural groups rather than becoming an education that is forcibly disrupted and changed.
承此,本研討會舉辦「2024全球化跨領域人才培育2.0國際學術研討會」的主要目的:透過國內外學者及USR場域業者的見解報告,分享各國對於跨領域人才的培育模式與經驗,提供學界與業界交流的平台。
Following this, the primary purpose of organizing the " 2024 Cross-field Talent Cultivation 2.0 International Academic Symposium" is to share the models and experiences of cultivating interdisciplinary talents from various countries through the insights and reports of scholars and USR field practitioners both domestically and internationally, providing a platform for exchange between academia and industry.
