Enjoy a cappella music at the first-ever High School Notes, presented by Diablo Regional Arts Association (DRAA) with Kaiser Permanente. This digital concert emceed and directed by Deke Sharon, producer of NBC’s “The Sing-Off” and arranger/director/producer of Universal’s three “Pitch Perfect” movies, will feature 8 of our high schools in our county and be professionally mixed and edited for at-home enjoyment. High School Notes will support local music educators and provide a healing musical outlet for students and viewers alike.

How can students be supported and learn wellness strategies in this extended time of shelter in place? Created by DLUX Puppets and commissioned by Kaiser Permanente and the Diablo Regional Arts Association, the Quarantine Time Machine curriculum is designed to help children reflect upon their time in quarantine, as the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine has had a tremendous impact on the mental health and wellness of our youth. This free curriculum includes engaging puppet show videos and lessons organized into four themes to help students identify feelings and learn strategies for wellness.
