Course description:
This self-study course is designed to introduce students to the discipline of psychology. Through a psychological lens students explore theory and research related to neurological, biological, cognitive, sociological, cultural, and developmental phenomena. Other topics include: theoretical and empirical perspectives on personality and psychological disorders. The unit objectives are aligned with the American Psychological Association's Guidelines for the Undergraduate Major.
