开放对象:仅限 Sem 1 至 Sem 4 的在籍学生。
(Sem 5 及以上学生通常不再接受申请。若有延长学期需提供证明)
兴趣要求:对中文、中华文化或文学活动有兴趣。
态度要求:愿意积极参与学会举办的活动与会议,配合学会事务。
品行要求:守纪律、负责任、乐于合作。

面试通常以轻松对谈形式进行,主要评估申请者的态度、兴趣与表达能力
结果公布
面试后学会会通过公告或讯息通知录取结果
准时到场:提早10–15分钟抵达面试地点。
仪容整洁:穿着得体、保持礼貌。
态度积极:展现你对学会活动的热情与兴趣。
了解学会活动:事前了解华文学会常办活动(如:中华文化节、写作比赛、表演、讲座、社区服务等)。
准备自我介绍:可提前准备约 1 分钟的自我介绍,包括:
姓名与专业 / 部门
申请动机
自身兴趣或特长
能为学会带来的贡献
在申请表与面试中提到你对华文文化的热情或经验(如写作、主持、舞台表演、活动策划等)。
展现愿意学习与团队合作的态度。
面试中可主动提问,如:“学会目前最重视的活动方向是什么?”——显示你真心想参与。
逾期不接受申请,请密切注意截止日期。
若被录取,请出席迎新或首次会议以完成注册。

(Applications from Semester 5 and above will not be accepted. If you are extend semester must provoide a prof for application)
Interest Requirement: Applicants should have a strong interest in Chinese language, literature, or culture.
Attitude Requirement: Applicants must be willing to actively participate in CCA activities and cooperate with committee arrangements.
Character Requirement: Must be responsible, respectful, and cooperative.

Fill in the Form
Personal details (name, student ID, semester, course, contact information, etc.)
A short statement of motivation and your personal strengths or talents.
Submit the Form
Follow the submission instructions and deadline provided.
Attend the Interview
Interview details (date, time, and venue) will be announced after application.
The interview will be conducted in a casual conversation style to assess your interest, attitude, and communication skills.
Result Announcement
Successful applicants will be notified through official announcement or message.
Be Punctual: Arrive at the venue 10–15 minutes early.
Dress Neatly: Maintain a clean and respectful appearance.
Show Enthusiasm: Demonstrate your passion and willingness to contribute.
Know the Association: Learn about the CCA’s major events beforehand (e.g. Chinese Cultural Festival, writing competitions, performances, talks, and community projects).
Prepare a Self-Introduction:
About one minute long, including:
Your name, course, and semester
Your motivation to join
Your interests or skills
How you can contribute to the association
Mention any relevant experience or talent (e.g. writing, public speaking, event organizing, performance, or cultural knowledge).
Show willingness to learn and cooperate as a team member.
You may ask thoughtful questions during the interview (e.g. “What is the CCA currently focusing on?”) to show genuine interest.
Late submissions will not be accepted. Be sure to note the deadline.
Successful applicants must attend the orientation or first meeting to complete membership registration.
