Q. How much does it cost to earn my GED?

A. It can cost as little as $0! Right now, the Commonwealth of Kentucky pays for an Adult Education student's first exam attempt in each GED test content area in addition to paying the fees for GED Ready tests. Otherwise, Ready tests are $6 and Exams are $30-$36.

Q. Can I do the entire program online/virtually?

A: Distance learning students must check in at the Learning Center at least once a week. Other than that, online students may attend virtual classes and use our distance learning platforms.
