If you cannot access your MyCCA, confirm that you have the right S Number and password.
To confirm your S#, you should have received an email from CCA stating “Congratulations [Name]!” in your personal email.
If you did not receive this email, you may need to apply to CCA. Go to the CCA website (www.ccaurora.edu) and click “Apply.”
If you have applied but have not received this email, contact the Registration department (303-360-4797) to confirm your application has been processed.
• Once you have your S#, you will need to confirm your password. As a reminder, this password is at least 14 characters long.
If it is your first time, you will log in with the following password “StudentMMDDYYYY” where MMDDYYYY is replaced with your birthday (i.e. if you were born July 4 th, 2003, the password would be “Student07042003”.
• You should now be able to login to your MyCCA.

All faculty and instructors of CCA are assigned a college email account, and this email account is the college’s primary means of communication. To activate your email account, go to www.CCAurora.edu and click on the MyCCA link at the top of the page. Log into your MyCCA account and click on the email link in the top right corner of the page. To activate your account, login with your date of birth spelled out (no punctuation or spaces) as your password (ex: If your date of birth is February 14, 1992, your initial password is February141992).
If you would like to forward your CCA email to an alternate email account, complete the following. Please keep in mind that this will forward all CCA emails and will not be filtered. Log onto email via My CCA > top right, click “Options” >” See All Options” >” Organize Email” > “Inbox Rules” > “New” > “Create a New Rule” > for rule one, select from drop down “Apply to all messages”. For rule two, select from drop down “Redirect to new email address”
Chairs and coordinators offering CCA classes in high schools with high school instructors will use this checklist to monitor classes being taught at the high schools for concurrent enrollment. This checklist is meant to be a guide for you and your chair so that all requirements for offering your course are met. The following records should be in the departments of HR’s possession.

The Class
· The class has been reviewed and matches a Common Course in CCNS (100% rule) that is in CCA’s catalog. Course syllabus is in CCA format, contains the same course description, competencies, and topical outlines as CCNS, includes course objectives, grading scale, and semester/yearlong schedule, and is on file with the department
· Tests, papers, and other assignments are at the same level, rigor, relevance, and depth as those in campus-based courses, and common assessments are given
· Samples of student work have been examined to verify appropriateness for college credit
· The instructional facilities have been reviewed and are comparable to campus-based facilities
· Documentation of classroom observation by department chair or designee
· Grades posted in Banner and grade book is on file electronically with the department
· Online student evaluations offered
