Clinic Documents for Your First Meeting with A Friend

A. Introduce yourself with warmth and briefly share why you volunteer in the clinic.

B. Walk through the Clinic Pledge and Limited Scope Agreement to your friend in their appropriate language.

C. Begin completing the Intake Form as a team with your friend.

D. Exchange contact information with your friend and be clear about the next meeting time.

E. When done with Intake, use the “Ask for Help” icon on Zoom to receive a lawyer's advice on how to proceed with the application.
