Welcome! I am a public policy researcher with +10 years of experience in international development. My areas of expertise are social protection, labor, education, and behavioral economics with an emphasis on vulnerable populations. My main skills are quantitative data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation and developing results-based policy recommendations for governments and NGOs.
I have a Phd from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, an M.P.P. from the University of Chicago, Harris School of Public Policy and a B.A. in Economics from Universidad del CEMA (Argentina).
I am currently a Senior Researcher at Teach For All. Previously, I worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, DC. I also held positions at NORC at the University of Chicago, the Embassy of the United States in Buenos Aires, and the NGO CONCERN-Nepal through The Advocacy Project's Peace Fellowship program.
