Where and when are the shows?

Casco Bay Movers Spring Concerts will be held at Westbrook Performing Arts Center on Saturday, June 17th.  We will have two performances, a Matinee at 1 pm and an Evening Concert at 5:30 pm.

Which show is my dancer in?

The following classes will perform in the 1 PM Matinee on Saturday, June 17th. Dancers should report to their seats in the auditorium at 12:30 pm.

Boys Only Hip Hop with Amanda (Mondays, 6:00-6:45)

Modern 1 with Elizabeth (Mondays, 3:45-4:45)

Pre-Ballet with Kate (Mondays, 5:15-6:00)

Hip Hop I  with Teall (Tuesdays, 3:45-4:45)

Jazz/Tap  with Rachel (Tuesdays, 4:00-4:45)

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, June 1st. Tickets can be purchased in person at Casco Bay Moves Dance Studio or over the phone at 207.871.1013. Seating is reserved, so we recommend purchasing your seats early for the best selection. You can click here to view a seating chart if you purchase over the phone. ***Balances must be paid In full before purchasing tickets.***

Ticket Sales Hours:

Thursday, June 1: 12:00 -7:00 pm

Friday, June 2: 12:00 - 5:00 pm

Saturday, June 3,  9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Beginning Monday, June 5th, tickets will be available during regular office hours; Monday - Thursday, from 2:00 -7:00 pm and Saturday, from 9:00 - 11:30 am. 

Matinee Ticket Prices:

*Advanced Price:  $17 ($15 for senior citizens 65+ and children 10 & under) 

 Advanced price tickets are available at the studio through Thursday, June 15

*Theater Price:  $20 ($18 for senior citizens 65+ and children 10 & under)

Starting Friday, June 16th, tickets will only be available at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center Box Office. You can buy tickets during rehearsal time and one hour before the shows.  Only cash or checks will be accepted at the theater. 

Evening Show Ticket Prices:

*Advanced Price:  $20 ($18 for senior citizens 65+ and children 10 & under)

*Theater Price:  $22 ($20 for senior citizens 65+ and children 10 & under)

Answers to FAQs can be found below:

 ~ Westbrook Performing Arts Center's restoration fee is included in the ticket price. 

~ Performers do not need a ticket.

~ Children 2 and under sitting on a lap do not need a ticket. 

~ There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. 

VOLUNTEERS:

We will need volunteers to usher and sit in the auditorium during the performances.  Volunteers will be able to see the show for free!  If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up with Martha at the front desk.
