Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Comfort Build (“Company”) to the Client. By confirming our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Company will deliver services as per the approved quotation/contract, which may include:
• Home & building construction
• Renovation & remodeling
• Interior design & execution
• Material supply
Any modification to the scope of services must be mutually approved in writing.
3. Payment Terms
• Payments shall follow the schedule mentioned in the quotation/contract.
• Delayed payments beyond due dates will attract 1.5% monthly interest
. • Material supply/equipment may require 50% advance payment.
• Work may pause if payment delay exceeds 30 days.
4. Reporting of Issues Between Clients and Vendors
a) Client-Reported Vendor Issues
Clients may report concerns such as:
Delayed material delivery
Quality issues
Behavior or communication issues
Pricing disputes
Safety violations
Service delays
b) Information We Collect During an Issue Report
When an issue is reported, we may collect:
From Clients:
Name, phone, email
Project details
Vendor involved Complaint descriptionSupporting files (photos, invoices, messages )
c) How We Use Information to Resolve Vendor-Client Issues
Comfort Build uses personal and business information only for the purpose of resolving disputes, including:
Verifying the facts
Contacting both parties
Reviewing communication history
Inspecting materials or work
Reconfirming delivery or service timelines
Proposing solutions
We do not use this information for marketing, profiling, or unrelated activities.
d) Data Sharing During Issue Resolution
To resolve the concerns fairly, limited data may be shared:
i) Between Vendor and Client
We may share only what is absolutely necessary, such as:
Delivery status
Work updates
Clarification of statements
Payment verification
Relevant documents
We do NOT share:
Full personal documents
Unnecessary sensitive information
Financial data not relevant to the issue
ii) Internal Staff Access
Only authorized Comfort Build personnel (management, dispute team, project managers) have access to these details.
iii) External Authorities
Only If Required Data is shared with government or legal authorities only when:
There is a legal complaint
Fraud is suspected
Compliance requires it
5. Vendor Issue Resolution & Data Handling Policy
i) Payment-Related Issues
Delay in processing approved invoices
Incorrect payment amount
Deduction disputes
Outstanding dues beyond the agreed credit period
Non-receipt of payment confirmation
ii) Contractual & Agreement Issues
Non-adherence to agreed terms
Change in project scope without formal approval
Breach of contract conditions
Lack of clarity in contractual obligations
iii) Communication & Coordination Issues
Lack of timely updates or responses
Miscommunication from project teams
Unclear instructions for delivery or execution
Improper escalation handling
iv) Operational & Logistic Issues
Delays caused by the company’s internal processes
Unprepared site conditions preventing delivery/work
Frequent schedule changes
Access restrictions at the worksite
v) Documentation & Compliance Issues
Missing or incorrect purchase orders
GST/tax discrepancies
Incomplete or delayed approvals
Compliance requirement changes not communicated in time
vi) Quality Feedback or Rejection Issues
Rejection of supplied materials without clear justification
Improper inspection or verification process
Disputes regarding quality standards mutually agreed upon
vii) Safety & Site Management Issues
Unsafe site conditions
Lack of required safety approvals
Improper handling of vendor-supplied equipment/material
Violation of safety protocols by company staff
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide:
Proper site access and required permissions
Site readiness in case of renovation projects
Timely approvals to avoid project delays
Delays caused due to client-side issues may incur additional time/cost variations.
7. Warranty & Liability
• Workmanship is covered under a 60-day warranty from the project completion date
. • Warranty does not apply to:
Misuse or intentional damage
Unauthorized modifications by Client
Normal wear & tear
•Comfort Build is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., rental loss or business loss).
8. Equipment Rentals (If Applicable)
Equipment must be handled responsibly
Any damages due to mishandling/misuse will be charged to the Client.
Equipment must be returned in good condition (normal wear & tear accepted).
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation within 7 days will incur charges for actual expenses incurred up to that point
Cancellation after commencement of work is non-refundable.
Valid refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 business days.
10. Order Issues & Complaints
Any workmanship or delivery-related concern must be reported within 48 hours of completion/delivery. Comfort Build will review and propose a resolution within 14 business days.
11. Governing Law
All services are subject to the prevailing laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved in courts under the jurisdiction of operational location
12. Force Majeure
The Company will not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control, such as natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, transport disruptions, or changes in government regulations.
13. Premium Tier Services
Premium services may include:
• Priority scheduling
• Dedicated site engineer
• Faster turnaround
• 24/7 support
Premium tier packages follow separate non-refundable pricing terms.
14. Communication & Support
All official project-related communications must be made via written email or registered communication channels of the Company.
