We are 4th and 5th generation owners since 1897.  For those who have lived and visited Bay View, we all know what a special place it truly is. Our family has enjoyed it for many years, and we are happy to be able to share it with others. Our cottage is located in a prime spot with a beautiful view of the lake from most of the rooms and stunning sunsets from the porch. Enjoy all that Bay View, Petoskey, and Little Traverse Bay have to offer with just a walk, short drive or a picturesque bike ride away.
