Catopia Land ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your information transparently. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.


When you play Catopia Land, we collect account information such as your email address, username, and password when you create an account. We maintain your game progress, including your cat collection, coins, active pets, and purchased items. A small amount of device and diagnostic data may be processed to keep the game running smoothly, along with records of in-app purchases as provided by the app store. Outside of what is necessary for the operation of the game, we do not collect your location, your contacts, or other sensitive information.


We use your data to sync and restore progress across devices, to process payments and validate transactions, to provide customer support when issues occur, to improve the experience based on aggregated usage patterns, and to protect accounts against fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unauthorized purposes.


For storage and security, Catopia Land uses Google's Firebase for authentication and cloud sync, and also keeps certain data locally on your device to support offline play. We apply industry-standard security measures including password encryption and continuously work to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.


Catopia Land may integrate third-party services such as Firebase for authentication and cloud storage, Google Play Services for in-app purchases, and AdMob may be enabled in future updates. Each third party maintains its own privacy policy that you can review for more details.


Catopia Land is designed for a general audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.


You may request access to, export of, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal data, and you may request to limit certain processing activities, though this may affect functionality. To submit a request or delete your account, you can use the in-app account deletion feature in Settings or contact tba65780@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity to protect your account.


We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, for example for transaction records. When you ask us to delete data, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable timeframe unless we are legally required to keep it longer. Your data may be processed or stored in countries with different protection standards; in all cases, we apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.


When we update this policy, we will revise the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of Catopia Land after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
