How to Use Caterpillar FPC Software to Optimize Your Fleet Performance and Costs

Step 1: Create a New Project
After launching the software, click on File and select New to create a new project. You will see a Project screen where you can enter some basic information about your project, such as:

Step 2: Input Your Equipment Data

Step 5: Run the Analysis and View the Results
Finally, click on Analysis and select Run Analysis to run the analysis and view the results. The software will then calculate the cycle time, fleet size, production rate, fuel consumption, operating cost, owning cost and total cost for your analysis.
