ABOUT US

Catalyst for Change (C.4.C) is a youth-led organization founded in 2025 in Chikwawa district, Malawi. It's primary mission is to empower youth and marginalized individuals in the district by providing practical skills, mentorship and innovative solutions that promote self-reliance, active civic engagement and sustainable community development.

The organization focuses on, mentorship sessions, training programs, advocacy workshops and also leadership trainings. C.4.C aims at inspiring the next generation of leaders, scientists and innovators through education, mentorship and leadership, thereby building transformed communities where youth and disadvantaged individuaks are empowered.

To equip young people and marginalised individuals with practical skills, mentorship and innovative solutions that promote self-reliance, active civic engagement and sustainable community development.

OUR OBJECTIVES

Support young people in both primary and secondary schools in accessing quality education by mobilizing resources for them like exercise books, pens and also secure scholarships for them.

To empower Youths and Young Women Economically where necessary.

Promote access to Sexual and Reproductive Health Services (SRHS), Mental Health awareness and nutrition programs to enhance the overall well-being of young people.

Strengthen youth participation in decision-making processes by engaging them in policy dialogues, governance structures and also advocacy for their rights to both in school youths and also out of school youths.
