1. The App

A personal library and player for video files you import on this iPhone or iPad. The app does not stream, scrape, or download movies from third-party websites and does not include a remote movie catalog.

2. License

Limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, per App Store rules. Do not reverse engineer, bypass entitlements, or use the App unlawfully.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the videos you import. Only import content you have the right to keep and watch. Library files stay on this device unless you choose to share them.

4. Purchases

Castle Movies Pro is sold only through Apple In-App Purchase.

Plans in the current app: Weekly and Yearly (auto-renewable subscriptions) and Lifetime (one-time non-consumable).

Payments via Apple. Use Restore Purchases for the same Apple ID.

5. Subscriptions

Charged to Apple ID at confirmation; auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Refunds

7. Advertising

The free experience may show third-party ads (Google AdMob and mediation partners). Ads may use device advertising identifiers as allowed by iOS.

8. No affiliation

Castle Movies is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple or any film studio or streaming service. Third-party names are trademarks of their owners.

9. Acceptable use

No illegal use and no importing or sharing content you are not authorized to use.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Playback depends on formats supported by iOS and this device. Ad availability depends on network and partner inventory.
