LaneDirection — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 20 September 2026
Castaway publishes LaneDirection (com.LaneDirection.game). For privacy questions or support, contact pensils.story@gmail.com.
Offline play and information collection
LaneDirection works offline and does not require an account. The game does not collect or transmit personal information and contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Information stored on your device
Game progress, city saves, local high scores, tutorial progress, and audio preferences are stored on your device. These records are not sent to Castaway or synchronized to a server. Android automatic backup is disabled for the app. Local records remain until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it; Castaway cannot recover deleted saves.
Device features
The game uses audio, optional vibration, and screen-awake functionality during play. It does not access your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or shared photos.
Support email
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request and retain it only as needed for support and applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing pensils.story@gmail.com.
Google Play
Google Play handles the app purchase, distribution, and any Play security checks under Google’s own policies. LaneDirection has no in-app purchases. Castaway does not receive your payment-card details from the game.
Children
LaneDirection does not collect personal information from players, including children. Please avoid sending a child’s personal information in support requests.
