Overview:

This program involves an Experience Builder referral map for public use, and a Survey123 survey for multi-agency and fire service use. There are two nearly identical surveys feeding into the same feature layer. Survey reports are automatically sent out using Power Automate.

Under direction from the Asst. Chief Deputy and Defensible Space Coordinator, I expanded upon the existing methodology to determine the ranking of priority areas around the state based on social vulnerability and fire risk. In doing so, I expanded the gift card eligible areas from 12 to 50 communities (link to article ). Later, I expanded the eligible areas to include other eligible areas as decided by management.

Minor related tasks include: Provided technical support for enrolling fire service members in the program. Ran weekly checks of gift card eligibility and sent to accounting. Ended the gift card program by hiding the question in the survey. Updated the referral map as necessary. Provided data exports, stats, and custom view Instant Apps to various parties upon request by the DS Coordinator.
