CAS PTO YEAR TO DATE UPDATE

During our October PTO Meeting, we presented an overview of our Budget Goals for the school year, explained how we generate revenue, and outlined how we plan to spend the funds raised. 

This week, we're providing a Revenue Recap* to share the amount raised to date and how we've raised those funds. The visual below highlights how everyone's contributions combined (big and small) - from attending our events, to paying PTO Dues, to scanning Box Tops - help us reach our fundraising goals.

Next week, we'll provide an Expenditure Recap to share how we've spent funds to date to support our CAS students and staff.

*We operate on a fiscal year calendar of July 1st - June 30th. The Revenue Recap is the amount of funds we've raised since July 1, 2025. It is not our Bank Account Balance! Each school year starts with a beginning balance carried over from the previous year. Additionally, we also have an interest-earning Money Market Account for our PTO reserves.

ANNUAL PTO DONATION

The CAS PTO offers students a range of enriching activities, including school assemblies, supplies for the CAS Learning Garden, author visits, and family events. The PTO supports teachers and staff, assists with school improvements, and maintains the school's gardens.  

We are suggesting an annual dues of $40 per family. Please contribute as much as your circumstances allow.
