a. Loan Application Information
Our app collects information you provide for loan applications, which is used to evaluate, process, and underwrite loans on behalf of lender partners. Unless restricted by law, we may use your email, address, or phone number for marketing or feedback purposes. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or request to stop marketing calls by contacting us (see Section 13). Non-identifiable loan data may be shared for analysis or product offerings in compliance with this policy and applicable laws.
b. Survey Information
After receiving a submitted loan application, we may ask you to complete a survey. You are not required to complete the survey. We use the information provided in survey responses to improve our products and services.
c. User Supplied Information
To access certain features, you may need to provide contact details such as your name and email. This information may be used for communication, marketing, or offering relevant financial products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We may share anonymized data with third parties for financial product recommendations, always in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.

SMS:
We collect financial-related SMS data (e.g., bank notifications, bill reminders) for credit risk assessment. We only analyze financial SMS messages and do not store or analyze personal chat content. Call logs:
To enhance your privacy, the latest version of our app no longer accesses or collects call log data.
If you're using an older version, limited access to call logs may still occur. This is solely used to confirm phone ownership and prevent identity fraud, helping us process your loan application faster and more securely.

Location:
We collect approximate location data for risk assessment and fraud detection. We only collect rough location information and do not gather precise GPS data. All location data is encrypted and stored securely, and will not be shared with third parties. (Server address: https://api.cashx.vip).
Camera:
We need to verify user identity information, and related information to help us know more about users (KYC). We will save it on a private server and promise not to share it with a third party. (Server address: https://api.cashx.vip)
Installed Applications List (APP List) :
We collect data on installed apps related to credit assessment and fraud detection. We do not collect information from banking, social media, or other sensitive apps. The data is filtered and only relevant financial and lending apps are retained. All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers, and will not be shared with third parties. Phone:
We need to collect your device information: Phone model, Widevine Device ID , System version, Screen size, MediaDrm Unique ID , WiFi information and advertising ID assigned by third-party services, This will help us optimize our products to fit more models and provide better service. Device Information (including MID)
We collect device information, including the device’s unique identifier (MID), for device identification, fraud detection, and credit risk assessment. All device data is encrypted and stored on secure servers, used only for internal risk control analysis.
Google Advertising ID (GAID )
We use Google Advertising ID for ad optimization and fraud detection. This information is not linked to personal identity information and is used solely for advertising-related analysis.
Wi-Fi Information
We collect Wi-Fi network details (SSID and encryption status) for risk control analysis and to prevent fraud. We do not store network traffic data. All Wi-Fi data is encrypted and stored with restricted access.
4. Collection of Information About Children
TAJIRI TECH LIMITED neither intends to collect, nor knowingly collects, any information from or about children. It is possible that a minor child impersonating a parent or other adult may provide the child's name, address, phone number, fax number, email address and/or social security number in an attempt to submit a loan application. TAJIRI TECH LIMITED cannot always determine if a visitor to our websites or the sender of an e-mail is a minor child.
5. Sharing Information
This section describes how we share the Information we collect. The following are the ways we disclose or share Information:
a.Access to Information by Employees.
TAJIRI TECH LIMITED and employees of TAJIRI TECH LIMITED have access to Information. TAJIRI TECH LIMITED policy requires each employee to agree to keep all Information confidential.
b. Sharing Loan Application Information with Lender Partners.
We will share Loan Application Information with our lender partners with whom we have contractual arrangements. If a lender directs us to do so, we may also share Loan Application Information and related Information with other service providers who support the lender's loan programs, such as loan servicing companies, collection agencies and credit bureau agencies. Lenders maintain independent privacy programs and are contractually required to safeguard all Information. You should also review your lender's privacy policy or notice for more information about that lender's specific information sharing practices.
c. Access to Information by Service Providers.
We may share Information with service providers with whom we have contracted to perform services on our behalf or behalf our lender partners, such as companies that help process and service loans, and, where permitted by law, companies that market products and services. We may use third-party service providers to store Information and facilitate communication with you. All contracted third-party service providers are contractually required to safeguard all Information.
d. Sharing Aggregated Information.
We may share aggregated Information that is not identified with any particular individual with our business partners and our affiliates.
e. Sharing User Supplied Information with Non-Affiliates.
We may share User Supplied Information with non-affiliated entities including lenders, schools or service providers that offer financial products.
f. Sharing Information with Other Parties.
We will not share any Information about you with any third party, other than as provided in this Privacy Policy unless TAJIRI TECH LIMITED is required (or has the good faith belief that it is required) to share Information in order to (i) comply with applicable law, (ii) in response to valid requests by public authorities, including for national security, law enforcement, or regulatory requirements, (iii) respond to any legal process served on TAJIRI TECH LIMITED or any applicable lender, or (iv) to protect the rights or property of TAJIRI TECH LIMITED or any lender.
6. Accessing and Updating Information
We do not currently provide the ability to update information online. You may contact us by mail, as provided in Section 13 of this Privacy Policy to update Loan Application Information.
7. Links to Other Apps
This app contains links to other apps. By clicking on such links, you will leave this app and enter the other apps. The privacy practices of such linked apps are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and TAJIRI TECH LIMITED is not responsible for the privacy practices, data collection, security or content of other apps. You should be careful to review any privacy policies posted on linked apps before using them.
8. Security
All Information gathered on this app is encrypted during transmission stored within secure databases and protected by firewalls and other security features. As effective as current encryption technology is, however, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that Information which you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
9.Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixel tags, device fingerprints, etc.) to optimize user experience, analyze application usage, and provide personalized advertising. 10.Data Retention & Deletion
10.1 Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to (i) service your active loan or provide requested features, and (ii) fulfill legal, tax, accounting, and anti-money laundering obligations.
10.2 Deletion & Anonymisation
Once the retention period expires or upon your verified request, we will permanently delete or anonymize your data within 30 days using secure wipe procedures that prevent recovery.
10.3 Legal Obligations
In cases where a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., up to seven years for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) records), your data will be securely stored in isolated systems until the retention period expires and automatic deletion is permitted.
10.4 User Requests
You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time via the privacy enquiries form. We will process your request and inform you of the completion or provide the legal basis for any refusal.
10.5 Retention of Usage Data
We may retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. This data is typically retained for a shorter period unless it is needed for security purposes or to enhance the functionality of our services, or if legally required to retain it for longer periods.
11.Rights
When you use our application, you have the right to ask us to modify or delete some of your data. You can provide your request to our customer service staff, and we will conduct a risk assessment after verifying your real identity , then do it for you.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of:
Your use of or reliance on the App or your inability to access or use the App; Any transaction or relationship between you and any other third party, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
