Privacy Policy

1. IntroductionThis Privacy Policy explains how CashPath collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App. By creating an account or using the App you consent to these practices. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Information We CollectYou provide: email, password (stored only as a secure hash), one-time verification codes, onboarding answers (goal, timeframe, skills), and self-reported earnings and tasks.Collected automatically: account timestamps, subscription status, device platform (iOS/Android), OS version, app usage events, and crash diagnostics. We do NOT collect government IDs, full card numbers, GPS location, photos, contacts, or biometrics.
3. PaymentsSubscription payments are processed entirely by Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat. We do NOT see or store your card number, CVV, or billing address. We only receive a subscription token and entitlement status.
4. How We Use Your InformationWe use your data to create and authenticate your account, generate personalized plans, verify your subscription, send transactional emails (such as OTPs), prevent fraud, diagnose bugs, improve the App, and comply with the law. We do NOT use your data for targeted advertising or sell it to third parties.
5. How We Share InformationWe share only with: hosting/backend (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), subscription providers (Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat), and legal authorities when required. We do NOT sell or rent your personal data.
6. SecurityWe use TLS encryption, hashed passwords, row-level security, and short-lived authentication tokens. However, no system is 100% secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are NOT liable for unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, or other security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
7. Data Retention and DeletionWe retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days and removed from backups within 90 days. Limited records may be retained where required by law.
8. Your RightsDepending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Email Cashpathsupport@gmail.com from your account email to exercise these rights.
9. ChildrenThe App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
10. International TransfersYour data may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App you consent to such transfers.
11. NO Liability for Privacy Incidents Beyond Our ControlTo the maximum extent permitted by law, CashPath is NOT liable for damages arising from unauthorized access caused by compromised passwords or devices, third-party security incidents, phishing, malware, user error, or any indirect or consequential damages. This Policy is subject to the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
12. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
