This Privacy Policy applies to Cash Khata & Expense application (“App”), owned and operated by MAGCLEN LLC.
By accessing and using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.1 Phone Number & OTP We collect your mobile phone number for OTP verification to create and log into your account. OTP login allows you to save your expense data and access your account across multiple devices. We will not use your phone number for marketing without your explicit consent.
1.2 User ID A unique User ID will be created for your account to associate your saved expense records.
1.3 Device ID We collect your Device ID to recognize your device and secure your account login.
1.4 Avatar Image If you choose to change your avatar, photos captured from camera or selected from your gallery will be stored only for your profile display purpose. You may replace or remove your avatar anytime.
1.5 Analytics Information We integrate Adjust for advertisement statistics. Adjust may collect related device information for advertising performance measurement.

We will NOT sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share limited data with Adjust solely for advertising statistics as described above.
We keep your account data and expense records as long as you keep your account active. You may contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your personal data stored in our service. But no internet transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.
