Thank you for using كاشير بوكس (Cashier Box). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information Collection
Cashier Box does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. All your business data (products, sales, invoices, customers) is stored locally on your device and is not shared with us or any third party.
2. Camera Access
Our app requests access to your device's camera solely for the purpose of scanning barcodes and identifying products. The camera is used locally on your device, and no images or scan data are collected, stored, or transmitted by us.
3. Bluetooth & Location Access
Our app requests Bluetooth permissions (and, on older Android versions, Location permission as required by the Android system for Bluetooth scanning) solely to search for and connect to thermal receipt printers paired with your device. We do not use these permissions to track your physical location, and no location data is collected, stored, or transmitted by us.
4. Storage Access
Our app requests storage access to allow you to back up and restore your business data locally, and to select image/PDF files from your device for printing purposes. Files are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded or shared with us.
5. Notifications
Our app uses local notifications to alert you about low stock levels, product expiry dates, and shift-related events. These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device.
6. Receiving Shared Files
Our app allows you to share files (images or PDFs) from other apps on your device (such as your gallery or file manager) directly into Cashier Box for printing purposes. These files are used only for the printing action you initiate and are not stored, collected, or transmitted by us.
7. Advertising
Currently, Cashier Box does not display any advertisements. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Third-Party Services
As of now, Cashier Box does not use any third-party services that collect user data. If such services are introduced in future versions, we will update this policy accordingly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our official website (if available). Continued use of the app after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
