- Profile Information: We collect your name, email address, and authentication profile data via Google Sign-In to securely create your unique user account.
- Financial Payout Data: We collect your UPI ID only when you manually initiate a withdrawal request. This data is strictly used to transfer your earnings directly to your account.
- Internal Caching: We log your basic transaction history logs (credits for tasks/quizzes and debits for withdrawals) inside our private secure database to show you your wallet balance statement.
2. Security & Fair Play Rules
To ensure a safe environment for all users, the following rules are mandatory:
- No VPN/Proxies: Use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), private proxies, or automated bots to manipulate tasks is strictly prohibited.
- Anti-Hacking: Any attempt to manipulate our application code, bypass wait timers, or inject fake coin balances into our system will lead to an immediate and permanent account ban.
3. Third-Party Services
Our application integrates trusted third-party services to deliver cloud functionality and advertisements. These networks handle data according to their own privacy frameworks:
- Google AdMob: Used to display banner, interstitial, or rewarded video advertisements inside the app. AdMob may process basic ad-serving statistics.
- Google Firebase: Used for infrastructure stability, authentication routing, secure Firestore database pipelines, and push notifications.
4. Data Sharing and Retention
- No Data Selling: We DO NOT sell, trade, share, or rent your personal data, email profiles, or financial payment details to any third-party marketing companies. Your data is used solely for the internal functioning of the Cash Clan app.
- Data Deletion Rights: You have the complete right to request the permanent deletion of your account and data at any time. You can do this by reaching out to our official support email.
5. Children's Privacy
Cash Clan does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, it will be deleted from our servers immediately.
