التطبيق يسهل عليك ادارة الحسابات المدينه والدائنه ومالك وماعليك والتحكم بالعملات والتحويلات بين الحسابات والعملاء .

إذا اخترت استخدام خدمتي ، فأنت توافق على جمع واستخدام المعلومات المتعلقة بهذه السياسة. يتم استخدام المعلومات الشخصية التي أجمعها لتوفير الخدمة وتحسينها. لن أستخدم أو أشارك معلوماتك مع أي شخص باستثناء ما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية هذه.

• جمع المعلومات واستخدامها

لا يقوم تطبيقنا بجمع أي معلومات شخصية من المستخدمين دون اذن ، جمع البيانات يتم من خلال واجهة الاستفسارات والشكاوي ونقوم بجمع البيانات مثل الشكوى او الاستفسار ورقم الهاتف اذا كان موجود وهذه البيانات تخرن ويتم التجاوب مع المستخدم وتحديد المشكلات وحلها باسرع وقت ولا نقوم بمشاركة اي من هذه البيانات مع اطراف خارجية او اي طرف ثالث .

أريد إبلاغك أنه كلما استخدمت خدمتي ، في حالة حدوث خطأ في التطبيق ، أقوم بجمع البيانات والمعلومات (من خلال منتجات الجهات الخارجية) على هاتفك تسمى Log Data. قد تتضمن بيانات السجل هذه معلومات مثل عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت ("IP") الخاص بجهازك ، واسم الجهاز ، وإصدار نظام التشغيل ، وتكوين التطبيق عند استخدام خدمتي ، ووقت وتاريخ استخدامك للخدمة ، وإحصاءات أخرى .

• إدارة الأذونات 

يطلب تطبيق دفترك المالي بعض الأذونات. والوصول الى اشياء محدودة في جهازك لتحقيق الوظائف الأساسية وتسهيل التعامل مع التطبيق لتحسين تجربتك ، ويمكنك التحكم في الأذونات الممنوحة للتطبيق من خلال إعدادات جهازك وهذه الاذونات :

1.  الوصول الى جهات الاتصال : لتخزين رقم الجوال في معلومات كل حساب عند اختيار المستخدم ذلك ، ويستخدم هذا الاذن بناءا على طلب المستخدم ولا تخزن او تشارك مع اي طرف خارجي ولا تخزن هذه الاسماء لدنيا نهائياً .

2.  الوصول إلى حالة الجهاز: نحن لانستخدم بياناتك الشخصية ولا يتم حفظها لدينا نهائيا وانما نقوم بالوصول الى تفاصيل حالة الجهاز للحصول على معلومات لأغراض امنيه ولضمان الاداء السليم وليتم عمل التطبيق بما يلائم حاله الجهاز ولا يتم تخزينها لدينا او مشاركتها مع اي طرف ثالث . 

3.  استخدام المصادقة البيومترية : للسماح للمستخدمين بتفعيل قفل التطبيق باستخدام بصمة الأصبع او بصمة الوجه لضمان امن بيانات المستخدين ، وتستخدم بشكل محلي على الجهاز فقط لضمان امان التطبيق ولا يتم مشاركتها مع اي طرف خارجي .

4.  الوصول إلى الاشعارات : يتم لدعم تجربة المستخدم مثل  تنبيهات النسخ الاحتياطية الاشعارات المتعلقة بالعمليات .

5.  الوصول الى ذاكرة التخزين : للسماح للمستخدمين بعمل نسخه احتياطيه من البيانات على ذاكرة الهاتف وتحميل الملفات من والى التطبيق .

6.  الوصول الى الانترنت وجوجل درايف : لعمل نسخ احتياطي من بيانات المستخدم الى حسابه بجوجل دريف ولاسترجاع تلك النسخ عند الحاجه ، وليس لدى التطبيق اي صلاحيات للوصول الى ملفات المستخدم او اي بيانات في حسابه بجوجل درايف .

• عند اختيار حسابك في جوجل درايف للمره الاولى يتم طلب اذن الوصول لحسابك وانشاء ملفات او حذفها داخل مجلد التطبيق الذي تم انشاؤوه .

• لانشارك بريدك الالكتروني مع اي جهه خارجيه وانما يضل محفوظ داخل اعدادات التطبيق لكي يتمكن المستخدم من الوصول السريع لحسابه لاخذ نسخ احتاطية او استرجاعها بسهوله .

• نستخدم حاله الشبكه للتحقق من حالة اتصال الإنترنت لضمان تقديم تجربة سلسة عند تحميل البيانات والإعلانات.

7.  عند حذف التطبيق يتم حذف كافه بياناتك واعداداتك بما فيها بريدك الالكتروني . 

8.  لمساعدتنا في تحليل كيفية استخدام خدمتنا.

• الحماية

أنا أقدر ثقتك في تزويدنا بمعلوماتك الشخصية ، وبالتالي فإننا نسعى جاهدين لاستخدام وسائل مقبولة تجاريًا لحمايتها. لكن تذكر أنه لا توجد طريقة نقل عبر الإنترنت أو طريقة تخزين إلكتروني آمنة وموثوقة بنسبة 100٪ ، ولا يمكنني ضمان أمانها المطلق.

• الإعلانات 

يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات Google AdMob والتي قد تستخدم معرفات غير شخصية لأغراض تحسين تجربة الإعلانات.

• خصوصية الأطفال

لا تخاطب هذه الخدمات أي شخص يقل عمره عن 13 عامًا. أنا لا أجمع عن قصد معلومات تعريف شخصية من الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. في حال اكتشفت أن طفلاً أقل من 13 عامًا قد زودني بمعلومات شخصية ، فأنا أحذفها على الفور من خوادمنا. إذا كنت والدًا أو وصيًا وكنت تعلم أن طفلك قد زودنا بمعلومات شخصية ، فيرجى الاتصال بي حتى أتمكن من القيام بالإجراءات اللازمة.

The application makes it easy for you to manage debit and credit accounts, your money and what you owe, and control currencies and transfers between accounts and customers.

If you choose to use my service, you agree to the collection and use of information related to this policy. The personal information I collect is used to provide and improve the service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

• Information Collection and Use

Our application does not collect any personal information from users, data collection is done through the inquiries and complaints interface and we collect data such as the complaint or inquiry and the phone number if it exists and this data is stored and the user is responded to and the problems are identified and solved as soon as possible and we do not share any of this data with external parties or any third party.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

• Permissions management

Your Cashbook application requests some permissions. Access to limited things on your device to achieve basic functions and facilitate interaction with the application to improve your experience, and you can control the permissions granted to the application through your device settings and these permissions: 

• Access to contacts: To store the mobile number in the information of each account when the user chooses it, and this permission is used based on the user's request and is not stored or shared with any external party and these names are not stored for us at all.

• Access to device status: We do not use your personal data and it is not saved with us at all, but we access the details of the device status to obtain information for security purposes and to ensure proper performance and for the application to work in a manner that suits the condition of the device and is not stored with us or shared with any third party.

• Use of biometric authentication: To allow users to activate the application lock using a fingerprint or face print to ensure the security of user data, and is used locally on the device only to ensure the security of the application and is not shared with any external party.

• Access to notifications: To support the user experience such as backup alerts and notifications related to operations.

• Access to storage: Allows users to back up data to their phone's memory and upload files to and from the app.

• Internet and Google Drive access: To back up user data to their Google Drive account and to retrieve those copies when needed. The app does not have any permissions to access user files or any data in their Google Drive account.

• When you select your Google Drive account for the first time, permission to access your account and create or delete files within the created app folder is requested.

• We do not share your email with any external party, but it remains saved within the app settings so that the user can quickly access their account to take backups or retrieve them easily.

• We use network status to check the internet connection status to ensure a smooth experience when downloading data and ads.

• When you delete the app, all your data and settings, including your email, are deleted.

• To help us analyze how our service is used.

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

• Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Advertisements

The app contains Google AdMob advertisements which may use non-personal identifiers for purposes of improving the advertising experience.

• Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.
