This Privacy Policy explains how Cash Pilot (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Cash Pilot may collect limited technical and usage information, including:
• Device identifiers, such as the Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), an app-generated installation identifier, and an Adjust device identifier.
• App installation and session information.
• Interactions with features in the App, including registration, certification, purchase, and subscription events when applicable.
• Technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, network information, IP address, and diagnostic information necessary to operate and secure the App.
• Information submitted through web pages displayed inside the App, where applicable.
Cash Pilot does not access the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) unless the user has provided permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. The current version of the App does not request access to IDFA.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
• Operate and maintain the App.
• Measure app installations, sessions, and feature usage.
• Understand advertising campaign performance.
• Diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse.
• Improve app functionality and user experience.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Analytics and Attribution
The App uses Adjust, a mobile measurement and analytics service provided by Adjust GmbH.
Adjust may process limited device, installation, session, network, and event information on our behalf to provide analytics and campaign attribution.
The current version of the App does not request access to IDFA and does not use IDFA for tracking.

4. Web Content
The App may display web content provided by our servers. Information entered into those web pages may be transmitted to and processed by the operator of the relevant service.
Web content may have additional privacy notices. Users should review any notice displayed before submitting personal information.
5. Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers that process data on our behalf, including analytics, attribution, hosting, security, and technical service providers.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use information collected by the current version of the App to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, measure performance, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your request before responding.
