This infographic was made for Science Communication & Public Engagement (Spring 2023). It was created to relay information from scientific translation written by another student, about the paper "Using green infrastructure to improve urban air quality (GI4AQ)" (Hewitt et al., 2019). The graphic displays current issues with air pollution and the potential ways in which utilizing green infrastructure could help the issue.
The photographs I have selected to appear in this slideshow represent pictures I have taken myself for my own articles. Many of them are from the same story, titled "Chile's environmental conservation can create inspiration." This piece was a photo essay that was a finalist in Planet Forward's 2023 Storyfest.
