Tent sidewalls, lighting & draping accessories can be added for additional costs. 

Please note our tent rentals typically require several weeks in advance booking as our tents can be booked out months in advance. Availability is on a first come first serve basis and is not guaranteed until your deposit has been paid and contract signed.

40 guests for sit-down dinner

50 guests for buffet-style dinner

60 guests for cathedral (row) seating

80 guests for cocktail party

Clients are responsible for obtaining any and all permits reqiired for your city/county should it be needed. 

Anchoring: Our tents are secured using 2.5' long steel stakes which are hammered into the ground. Client is responsible for locating/marking/identifying any underground lines (irrigation, water, etc.)
