Carroll Fuel began as a small neighborhood gas station and convenience store, serving the local community with everyday essentials, along with beer and wine. Over time, as Urbana and the surrounding areas continued to grow, so did the needs of the people we serve.

We began to notice something important. There was no place nearby to grab a fresh, hot meal that was both satisfying and affordable. Most options required spending more than people wanted for a quick, everyday meal.

We knew we could do better.

That is how Carroll Kitchen came to life. What started as a small addition inside the store was built with a simple purpose. To provide real food that is hearty, flavorful, and priced in a way that makes sense for hardworking people.

Today, Carroll Kitchen has become a destination of its own. Customers stop in not just for gas or convenience items, but for fresh breakfast sandwiches, hot burritos, authentic pupusas, and our signature Korean BBQ wings. Every item is made with care, bold flavor, and the intention to keep people coming back.
