Artisan's Green Crafters: Populate the green with cool projects and maybe teach folks your art!

Signs and parking coordinator: set up signage and make sure people get where they need to go, including accessible loading and elevator

Gate: Volunteer to help with Gate for an hour or so!

Accessibility note: Access the elevator entrance at the rear of the building. Most of the event will be in the Great Hall (upper level), and bathrooms are in the lower level. Both levels are accessible for those with mobility needs. Dancing

Enjoy dancing with a variety of teachers in medieval and pseudo-medieval styles.

Crafter's Green

A large space is available for  the Arts & Sciences, set up in a communal salon style. We have tables and chairs: bring any of your in progress projects. We will also have certain tools available for working.

Potluck lunch

The site lacks a kitchen, so lunch will be potluck. We can accommodate anything that can be served room temperature or you can bring in a crock-pot or similar object. The Barony will provide disposable plates, bowls, utensils, and cups. We will also provide water and tea. Please bring ingredient list for whatever you provide!

Dessert Revel

Tea and desserts provided by the Barony, and guests are welcome  to contribute to the dessert revel. This will be available from lunchtime on to help fuel your jigs, gavottes, and stanky legs. Please bring ingredient list for whatever you provide!

Winter Gift Exchange

Carraig Ban will host a gift exchange. To be a part of this, please sign up at Elfster no later than November 21st!

Court

We will have a brief court for some end-of-year business! If you have something that needs a court, get it in STAT! Contact your barons at carraigban.baron@midrealm.org.

11:30AM--4:00PM: Crafter's Green is open, except during court.

11:30AM--12:30PM: Dancing open.

12:30PM--1:30PM: Potluck lunch. Desserts will be set out with lunch and remain throughout

afternoon for nibbling.

1:30PM: Gate closes. If you arrive this late, we'll figure it out!

2:00PM: Carraig Ban gift exchange.

2:00PM--4:00PM: Dancing open.

4:00PM--5:00PM: Socialization and populace pack up. You know the drill. If you are in the building 

after 5:00PM, you will become part of the event clean-up crew. 😉
