While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, as well as data necessary to fulfill the Service's core AI-generation features. The data We collect includes:
User-Provided Text Inputs: Information you manually enter into the Application, including vehicle specifications, condition notes, pricing details, and text prompts.
User-Provided Photos: If You choose to utilize Our AI visual enhancement features, We collect the specific image of the vehicle You select from Your photo library or capture using Your device camera. We strictly collect only the single image You explicitly select. We do not scan, index, read, or upload any other photos in Your device's library.
Usage Data: Information automatically collected, such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system, and diagnostic data.
We collect Your data strictly through Your direct, affirmative interactions within the Application. Text inputs are collected only when You type and submit information. Photos are collected only when You grant the explicit system-level permission to access Your camera or photo library, and subsequently manually select a photo and press the "Upload" or "Generate" button. We obtain Your permission before sending any of this data.
The Company may use Personal Data exclusively for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service: Including generating professional vehicle listing copy and enhanced automotive showroom visuals based on Your inputs.
To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration and premium subscriptions.
To perform the core AI features: Transmitting Your specific text prompts and selected photos to Our designated Third-Party AI Services to return the generated output to Your device.
For internal technical operations: To monitor the usage of our Service, troubleshoot errors, and manage technical support.
Prohibited Uses: We categorically do NOT use Your Personal Data for targeted advertising, We do not sell Your data to data brokers, and We do not use Your personal text inputs or photos to train Our own internal machine learning models.
To provide the sophisticated artificial intelligence features of AutoStudio AI, it is necessary to transmit Your specific inputs to external providers. We clearly identify who the data is sent to before sharing the data. By initiating a generation request in the Application, You grant Us permission to securely transmit Your data to the following entities:
OpenAI, L.L.C.: When You request text-based vehicle listings, Your text inputs and vehicle notes are sent securely via API to OpenAI.
Replicate, Inc.: When You request visual enhancements or AI-generated showroom photos, Your selected photo and style prompts are sent securely via API to Replicate.
Confirmation of Equal Protection: We confirm that any third party We share data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provides the same or equal protection of user data as outlined in this Privacy Policy. The data transmitted to these Third-Party AI Services is strictly processed via secure enterprise APIs. Furthermore, under their respective API data privacy agreements, OpenAI and Replicate do not use Your transmitted data (neither text nor images) to train their public or foundational models. Your data is used transiently solely to compute and return the requested result to the Application, after which it is discarded by the third-party processors.
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The text prompts and images You send for processing are not permanently stored on Our servers. They are held in transient memory only for the duration required to complete the API request and deliver the result to Your device. Locally saved data on Your device can be permanently removed by You at any time by deleting the Application.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use commercially acceptable means, including HTTPS/TLS encryption, to protect Your Personal Data during transmission to Third-Party AI Services. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While We strive to use robust security measures to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
