I am a PhD student in Linguistics and a research associate (Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin) in the DFG Research Unit on Cyclic Optimization, subproject Syntactic Repairs, at Leipzig University, Germany.
My main research interests are syntax, morphology, and their interfaces. More specifically, I am interested in agreement, case, hierarchy effects, repairs, clausal complementation, and word order/linearization.
I currently work on verbal agreement in Turkana (Eastern Nilotic), informed by original data that I collected on fieldwork in Kenya in 2022.
