All of her life, Caroline Veahman has been passionate about supporting local Connecticut farms. When it comes to New England Farming, local farms experience the highs and the lows of each season, from the crushing cold temperatures of winter to the enrichment of a forgiving spring. Weathering the diverse climate of New England can be a challenge all of its own. But Produce Farmer and Nature Enthusiast Caroline Veahman triumphantly takes the challenge of growing fruits and vegetables on! For Veahman, nothing beats the fall outdoor activities and produce that make New England farming so special! Every year, Veahman looks forward to the autumn activities that make the season so memorable to visitors and New Englanders alike. The Produce Farmer hopes to one day cultivate her own space in Granby, CT where friends and families can enjoy classic outdoor activities, like corn mazes, apple picking and pumpkin picking in the fall. Veahman also looks forward to being able to welcome visitors for other fruit and vegetable growing and pick-your-own harvesting experiences.
