I am a hard working individual open to new challenges and new tasks. I have twenty years experience working in customer service. I have one year experience of working as marketing search engine optimisation expert. I worked for Concentrix, Webhelp, Blue Arrow, Capita, Halifax, Barnsley College and Ventura. I explained bills, took payments, resolved customer complaints and provided quotes for customers.
