I received my PhD in Economics from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and I am now an economist at the Federal Housing Finance Agency. I am an applied microeconomist with research interests in environmental, public, and real estate economics. My current work focuses on environmental risks, local governments, and housing markets.
