Feeding The Homeless Service Project @ Linn Park 11 AM - 1 PM. Pacesetters Meet & Greet join us for a night of fun and fellowship at the Birmingham Baron's Baseball Game Outing. Start Time 6:30 PM

Discounted Tickets are $12 Deadline for discounted tickets is May 15, 2024. Pleas contact your class representative to purchase tickets .

Gloria Lucious Jones (81) and I will purchase the tickets all at once and meet class reps so you can distribute tickets back to your classmates.

Hayes Week 2023 at Platinum of Birmingham, Tuesday, June 6, 2023. All tickets purchased online, go directly back to the alumni association. You can still buy tickets online if you do not plan to attend. The tickets are $4.00 plus $2.11 fee = $6.11. The $4.00 will go back to the Alumni, if purchased on line before the doors open on June 6.

Pacesetters Give Back- "Community Give Back Project" @ 4:30pm at Linn Park (Deadline May 15,2023)

We will also be accepting donations for the "Pacesetters' Give Back", Wednesday, June 7, 2023 on April 29, 2023 from 11am-4pm. Please drop off hygienic items: deodorant, feminine hygiene products, washcloths, razors, shaving cream, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, and individually wrapped snacks.

Annual Pacesetter Picnic at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park  (Deadline May 13, 2023)

11 am-6 pm (Classes can begin to setup at 10am)

The deadline for classes to paying the $100 class fee is Friday, May 13, 2023.

Cash app to $Pacesetters2021. (That's $100 PER CLASS not per person. If you want your group to participate, please submit your class registration fee by the May 13, 2023 deadline. Your class will be responsible for your tent setup/taking down, clean up and food for the picnic.)

(NOTE: After church, you can select your preferred place to eat. Those who are interested can meet wherever is decided. No arrangements or reservations have been made for this because we have no idea who or how many people plan to go to church and out to dinner.)

***PLEASE NOTE: Classes will not be able to set up on the Whatley School property. The property has been sold. Due to spacing, no RVS will be allowed to park and setup. All registered classes will receive a new yard signage for 2023. The old - class signage will not be allowed.
