You're Invited: Carnegie Elementary PTA Kickoff!

Monday, August 31 | 7:00–8:30 PM | Carnegie Elementary Cafeteria

Come meet your PTA and kick off the school year with us! This is a casual, drop-in event—come anytime between 7:00 and 8:30 PM and stay for as little or as long as you'd like.

Whether you're brand new to Carnegie or you've been part of the school community for years, we'd love to see you!

What can you do at the Kickoff?

- Meet the PTA Board and learn who we are and what we do.

- See what's coming up and get a preview of this year's PTA events and activities.

- Find your way to get involved, whether that's volunteering at one event, helping behind the scenes, becoming a committee chair, or simply joining the PTA.

- Need volunteer clearances? We'll be available to help you figure out what you need and how to get started.

- Learn how the PTA funds the fun. Our events, programs, teacher support, and student activities are made possible through memberships, fundraising, and donations from our school community.

Nothing is ever required or expected.

We know every family has different schedules, interests, and resources. We simply want you to know who we are, what we're doing, and the different ways you can be part of it.

If traditional fundraising isn't your thing, we'll also have our Give What You Can option, where families can make a one-time donation of any amount if they'd like to support the PTA without participating in a fundraiser.

Come grab a snack, meet some other Carnegie families, ask questions, and help us start the year off right!
