Why we do it
Why we do it
A neighborhood is a special thing. Unlike a workplace, a school, or a place of worship providing a kinship on the basis of profession, education, or faith; a neighborhood provides the rare opportunity to create bonds between folks who may have little else in common than choosing to live in the same space.
And our neighborhood is special indeed - not just because of the proximity to great park space, shops and restaurants, and public transit; but because we have a terrific breadth of perspectives moving about. Owners, renters, longtimers, newcomers, visitors, commuters, work-from-homers, parents, kids, roommates, dog people, cat people, people people.
Whatever style of life you live, whatever brought you here, whatever keeps you here, our neighborhood is better with you in it. Now, get involved and make it even better.
