The event will be held from Tuesday, August 5 to Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). The meeting will highlight several topics to which Carlos Tomei has made significant contributions, including Differential Equations, Combinatorics, Spectral Theory, Numerical Analysis, and Integrable Systems. The event will gather former students, colleagues, and undergraduate and graduate students, encouraging exchange across different academic generations and areas of expertise. Talks will take place in morning and afternoon sessions from Tuesday to Thursday, and in the morning only on Friday.
