1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using the CarLog application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Standard Apple Terms These Terms supplement and incorporate the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. By using this App, you also agree to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
3. Premium Subscriptions CarLog offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium") that unlock additional features such as unlimited vehicles, cloud backup, and ad-free usage.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
4. User Content You are solely responsible for the photos, data, and information ("Content") you upload to the App. You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant us a license to store and backup this Content to provide the App's services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall CarLog or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
